One of the many butchery-restaurants of Ethiopia, where the national dish, the "tibs", are cut directly from the cow hanging on the wall. Nothing simpler than tibs, just some cubes of meat grilled in a kind of clay pan, but nothing better... Here is definitively the best tibs restaurant of Ethiopia !! As I am moving in a new apartment this week end, I will have no access to Internet for few days and will therefore not be able to reply to your comments.
