Hammer headPosted by Jeremie (Brooklyn, New York, United States) on 25 June 2008 in Animal & Insect. A very common bird in Ethiopia, commonly referred as Hammer-head bird due to the peculiar shape of it's skull, although it is certainly not its real name... Captured near the lake of Awassa, in the Ethiopian Rift Valley. As I am moving in a new apartment this week end, I will have no access to Internet for few days and will therefore not be able to reply to your comments. However, photographs will still be posted everydays. I will try to catch up with you once I am back on the World Wide Web. See you soon!
