One of the many butchery-restaurants of Ethiopia, where the national dish, the "tibs", are cut directly from the cow hanging on the wall. Nothing simpler than tibs, just some cubes of meat grilled in a kind of clay pan, but nothing better... Here is definitively the best tibs restaurant of Ethiopia !!
